Beginners class - a class designed to teach someone new to yoga how to do yogi breathing. Then gently moving through a sequence of movements warming up the body, introducing a few simple standing postures, seated postures and one inverted posture before relaxation.
Ashtanga - is a fast flowing yoga, moving the body through a sequence linking mind, body and breath. It is energetic, strong, cardio vascular and detoxing at the same time. This system was founded by Pattabhi Jois.
Vinyasa Flow - A class created using the different postures focusing on specific areas of the body. The class may be designed to focus on the core and back or legs and hips challenging and changing to suit the percipient.
I also offer one to one sessions if someone would like to concentrate on specific areas,someone who needs a more personal touch or just to improve their practice at a much quicker pace.
